On the 8th of November at around 1am I went outside to look for my kitten, Brendan, and found him lying dead in front of the cat door. After carrying him inside and screaming my head off to awaken my parents we all cried hysterically and decided to take his body to the vet in the morning to get an autopsy done to determine cause of death because to all outward appearances he did not have anything wrong with him.

At around 8 am we took the body to said vet and explained what happened. The vet promised to let us know as soon as possible what the results of the autopsy were. We were also asked if we would like the body to be incinerated which I decided would be best since it is very hard to dig a big and deep enough hole at this time of year to bury Brendan in the garden.

The autopsy report came back today. It states cause of death by trauma most likely due to being hit by a car. They found blood and fluids in the thorax and abdomen. The spleen and liver were torn.

So this post is wholly dedicated to Brendan. A brave little kitty in an unforgiving world. May you Rest In Peace. We miss you.

Updates Galore

Alright here's some updates.

I have to go on a intensive french-course to Nice, France from the 20th October to the 3rd November. I'm going because without it I don't think I'll be able to pass this semester. I just don't remember any of my french at all anymore since it's been three years since I had french. And it is necessary for me to pass french in order to graduate. *sigh* Most of my other subjects im doing good in. Theres a german test this tuesday so I need to finish reading the books. But that's not hard I can read them on the way to school and back tomorrow. Math is even easy right now because we are doing Statisitics and I did that at my old school.

My kitties are doing well. On friday Brendan somehow managed to ring the doorbell which was quite funny. Other than that hes been somewhat rambunctious. He knocked some things off a table including my dads glasses which broke. But he got new ones last week so it's all good again. Other than that he picks on Nora a lot but that's not so terrible. She can defend herself.
Nora is a cute little pissy bitch. When she gets pissed which does happen quite often it is very adorable. She hasn't growled at me very often yet and that's fine but she just gets this look and its so kawaii.

My love-life is somewhat complicated. It's going to take a longer post than this to explain my polyamouros tendencies so I will just sum it up as much as I can. My luffies is such a sweet guy it's hard to stay mad at him but lately he has been doing all sorts of things to piss me off big time. The other week it got so bad that he thought I hated him. Right now everything is going alright but it's hard with me having to go to France next week.
The other one has for the second time this year figured out that hes causing me to stop loving him with his behaviour so he's trying to fix things. Again. I'll say this much he really doesn't give up. But he's not making it easy. Neither on himself nor on me. Well me because I'm stubborn. I don't want to lose him because I think it can work but with me concentrating on Luffies right now it's hard to work out. But I shall prevail.

Health-wise I'm doing alright. I got the sniffles and my throat is a bit sore in the morning. And I had a tummy-ache for the past few days but that seems to have gone away now. I finally got new glasses and they are superb. Everything is so much clearer but I keep touching them so I have to clean them with the little rag that came with them. I'm trying to keep it dust-free to avoid scratching it all over again. No more shirt-cleaning.

I'm getting a new bed and curtains for christmas. Which I'm very happy about. My current bed is falling apart because I'm getting to heavy for it and it's rather old. 17 years at least. Also my new bed is a adult bed so I wont have to use my sisters when my Luffies comes to visit.

Now it's the other One

I don't remember how often I've mentioned the Other One. But I've recently had some omnious signs that I should just give up on him. For instance this is what my horoscope on yahoo said:

It's hard to describe pain of the heart and pain of the soul. It exists like a thing rather to be forgotten than alive and well.

I fear that he will not deliver me from pain. That I shall wait endlessly for him in the expanse. I feel numb when I think of it. Somethings are better left unsaid. He says he cannot imagine me as I am now and yet here I am. But he is not around to bear witness. No sleeping is what I should be doing. And I will. I will sleep because sleep is my only salvation in these troubled times. Soon very soon I shall begin with the pain again. It will make me restless and unpredictable. But I shall endure as I have always done. I will not resort to the physical pain that I can inflict on myself because he wishes it to not happen. I will do as he wishes. For the time being.

Heartbroken & Annoyed

A week ago I spent 3 fantastic weeks with my Luffies. We didn't do much. Most of what we did involved fooling around and the word "what". I don't feel like saying much else to it right now and I'd like to focus on the title of this posting.

I am heartbroken. Not only because it's been over a week since I was in the arms of the sweetest guy to grace this fair planet but there is a deeper meaning to my heartbreak. The most notable reason being that it seems it will be over a year before we get to touch eachother again. We had planned to spend Christmas together in my home country but his parents are getting in the way of our happiness again. It is tragic that something so simple can prevent us from being together like we should be.

They reasoning while seemingly heroic is greatly flawed. So much so that my annoyance goes beyond the mere that I experience almost daily. His health seems to be a major issue although I have no idea why that would be such a concern considering that in Europe you can find some of the best healthcare worldwide. Far superior to the lackeys in North America.

Then of course it is THEIR happiness that seems to be an issue. They would not be able to enjoy their holiday in Hawaii while their eldest is off skiing in Europe. It reminds me of the Kennedy family somewhat because as I recall one or several of them got injured skiing in Europe. But he is not of that family and the reasoning his parents have is flawed. If they really cared about him then they would let him come here and be happy.

It is not like we have bountiful time to hop from continent to continent to see eachother every year although we shall aim to do that anyway if time and money permits. Which it probably will not very soon.

His mother has already dabbled in her matchmaking over there and tried to set him up with some young woman who bears the same name as his sister. Needless to say I have no concerns about anything his mother does because he will see through it right away. Also a woman who has the same name as sister will never appeal to him and it will make him seem perverted and twisted in the eyes of his peers.

All this is of great concern to me and my heart which across it's already scarred surface is starting to bear new wounds that somehow go deeper the older I get and the more often such things start happening to me. Eventhough I do not consider having a future with him it is becoming very hard to avoid the heartbreak involved in issues of the heart.
